This specially designed event is perfect for women who have been working out consistently for at least a month and want to learn a variety of healthy meals to create, fitness trends and concepts, as well as burn a mass amount of calories while controlling and limiting their caloric intake over the course of the Retreat.
This Retreat is a unique fitness getaway and boot camp vacation all about challenging yourself, discovering your full potential, and having fun! We will provide a structured program of nutrition education, recreational activities, variety of exercises, and relaxation.
Accommodations include a two-night stay at that retreat’s location (may vary each event). The cost of the Retreat also includes a Weigh In and Weight Out, all meals and beverages, as well as any other Retreat expenses.
